Who we are

Raja IT City (rajaitcity.pk) is a digital business platform run by Raja Sartaj, including the Business Directory, Jobs & CVs, Store / NFC Products, Sartaj Bazaar, Book Shop and Raja School Future Institute.

What information we collect

Information you send us: When you use the Contact form, or send a message on WhatsApp, you may share your name, message, business details, CV/job details, or product enquiry. That information is used only to reply to you, list a business/job/CV if you ask for it, or process an enquiry – with your permission.

Directory listings: Business details published in the Directory (name, services, phone, WhatsApp, website, social links, location) are published only when supplied by the business, or marked clearly as Sample / coming soon. Email addresses, map pins and review links that have not been supplied are not invented or published as real.

Website data: Like most WordPress sites, this site may use cookies for basic site function and login, and may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and spam prevention. Comments are closed on most pages; if a comment form appears, the data you enter there may be stored with the comment.

WhatsApp, YouTube and third-party links

Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp (wa.me) and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Clicking YouTube, Google Maps, Google/Facebook review, or other social links takes you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. This site does not control what those services collect.

How we use your information

To reply to enquiries, to publish listings, jobs, CVs or reviews only with permission, to improve the site, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send newsletters unless you separately opt in (no newsletter sign-up is offered on this site at present).

How long we keep it

Enquiry and listing information is kept only as long as needed to reply or to keep a listing live, or until you ask for it to be removed or corrected. You can ask for removal or correction at any time via WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete personal information you sent us, or to remove a business listing, job, CV or review. Contact us on WhatsApp +92 305 530 9695 or by phone +92 321 657 1339, or via the Contact page.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. Parents/guardians should contact us if a child’s details have been shared by mistake, so they can be removed.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
